The Alberto Bianchi e Associati legal practice is a professional boutique law firm which was founded in 2001, following the closure of Professor Alberto Predieri’s practice. The founding partners Alberto Bianchi, Gherardo Soresina and Andrea Fantappiè had all worked as practising lawyers in the latter firm.
Since November 2008 the offices of the Alberto Bianchi practice have been located in via Palestro 3 in Florence.
In the meantime, following the expansion of contacts with other lawyers, mostly based in Milan and Rome, it has opened desks in Rome and Milan in the offices of the legal practices of Marco Selvaggi and Santa Maria e Associati respectively.
From an initial specialisation concentrated for the most part on administrative law, the firm has expanded its reach to include the practice areas of commercial, corporate, bankruptcy and civil law which, combined with administrative law, now constitute its main areas of specialisation in both court-based and extra-judicial work.
