Alberto Bianchi & Partners – Studio legale, established in 2020, is a boutique law firm specialized in the area of administrative law and in the area of commercial contracts and corporate law.
The founding partners Alberto Bianchi and Giovanni Pravisani have been working together for many years, having both trained and worked for a long time in the firm of Prof. Alberto Predieri.
The experience gained by Alberto Bianchi in carrying out some important deals at a national level in the last decades, in his past capacity of Commissioner Liquidator of EFIM (together with IRI the main Italian entity holding state participations) and in his past capacity of Chairman and Board Member of significant institutions and companies (some of them listed in the Milan Stock Exchange, such as Enel s.p.a. and Dada s.p.a.) enables the Firm to also offer advocacy services and extrajudicial advice addressed to sharing with the clients solutions to the business challenges within the framework of a strategic vision.
